Reforms and Triumphs

Ok heres the thing-- Triumphs and lots of scripted things were not working for the last version of EB which is why I quit playing. Now my general getting the imperator trait still seems to be not working. As for the polybian reforms, I have five out of the six settlements they mention in the Reform guide. According to said giude, the reforms should have happened already. I am about to take the last settlement they mention but I have a feeling this will not work either. Is anyone else having trouble with the Polybian reforms or triumphs? -- I would like to know if anything actually works now.

they do work, check other threads about the subject.

they won't happen IMMEDIATLY, but in the subsecuent turns they will
(24some BC).

Indead, the reforms happen when you get certain territories plus achieve a certain date (I'm not sure whether the date has a range or just a certain year), but the date is usually the limited reactant.

I got it in 242:
