Minimod/Mod Component announcement: The Provincial Titles Project (PTPV)

The aim of this mod is to bring back the provincial titles in a satisfying way, and as close to the original MTW as possible.

It's actually a part of the mod Mediaeval Auctoriso, and developed by our team, but since it's a feature I think many players and modder would like to see, we decided to release a somewhat more basic version for vanilla MTW2.

Since we worked on this for a bit out of the public's eye, a release is scheduled already for next week :)
