Isaiah 24 - Quote Bug

Hello all,
The quotation that appears on loading screens from Isaiah 24 has question marks seemingly randomly placed throughout it. I think that it may have something to do with my computer's inability to show certain characters.

I always thought this was intentional to show that that part of the text was missing from the original inscription?

"Give me a place to stand and I shall move the world" quote from Archimedes shows only question marks and the translation. I quess this is because of missing letters.
