MP Login Problems

Hi guys.

1 hour ago i wanted to play Online but it sayed "Login Error"
Neither restart nor diffrent account helped. Still wasnt able to connect. Other ELITEs had the same prob so i think its not only my problem.

So i decided to try a reinstallation. But well, that didn't solve...

Now it didnt just say "Login Error" but also "Wrong CD Key".

The problem about this is, i didnt find where to change my CD Key ingame... and when i did the installation, i passed the CD Key Screen without any problems.

I wonder if its my fault or if CA really wants you to reinstall the game 10 times untill you dont have a letter or number wrong...

*Update: Lol i found the registry value and corrected the cd key... but looks like im not trusted... still cant login because of "wrong cd key"

wondering if NAT negotiaion causes this error if you have NAT probs at login..
anyway go to your control panel and open up your network and internet connections and make sure you only have one active connection

i played online nearly every day during the last 2 weeks and i never had nat problems...

i am bothered because i still get wrong cd key message... although again reinstalled it... asking myself wether they banned me? lol? dont know...

Yup, can't log in. GS must be having problems. Why not? Patch worked for almost a day already ...

Blizzard - Need to enter number when you reinstall game. Might have to uninstall first and than check to make sure Sega folder is completely deleted so the reinstall is clean. If you type wrong serial number wouldn't the game install fail to continue?

Thats the point Kuma, the installation continues without any message. Now i changed the cd key in the registry (misstyped a number) but still it says: wrong cd key.... thats why im wondering...

Yep i had to reinstall the game 3 times lol cuz i kept on miss tpying in something but got there in the end

Login Error hmm i have had this problem long time happends almost every other day reset me router and comp nothing happends till next day all fine lol i have gone though 4 routers with this now today again its very strange.

Finally CA saw what patch they did and they turn off gs to avoid total shame :)

There was a monstrous storm up in the Northwest that knocked out power to most of Seattle, Steam, Valve's content delivery program, along with it. Maybe Gamespy had some servers up there too.

hmm... still not working, the game freeze when i wanna log in and i have to reboot my pc, kinda frustrating. I went to the game spy website to check and apparently the totalwar server is not there.
