Whenever I host a game

Whenver I host a game, and I get into the game, it'll automatically resolve the battle, bring up the "Unresolved" screen with all the end-game stats. Why does it do this? Do I have to open up some ports? Which ports would those be?

That is gamespy for you. It happened to me alot in RTW but was solved when I unplugged my router and connected directly to the modem. Dont know what ports, i dont know if anyone does. Sometimes it is a very random bug, I think it happens when you get disconnected from GS when you are loading the game.

I set up port forwarding for my router once for RTW. IIRC it uses over 8 ports and is slightly harder to setup then most games.

I'm pretty sure the only port M2TW uses is listed in your .cfg file. Default is 27750. You'll have to google the port tutorial for whatever router/firewall you have. It's usually pretty straightforward though.
