Welcome French Curaisser.
If you cannot post in the Org awards section, you should pm your nominations to one of the mods.
As a junior member you cannot post in the Chapter house. Keep posting on a regular basis without spamming, flaming, trolling etc and within a few weeks you'll have member status and be able to post anywhere.
meanwhile you can post in the Entrance Hall, the new members section and the TW-games related forums.
