Lusotannan can't recuit in NW Iberia?

Playing Lusotannan. I've taken most of the penninsular. In the NW the 3 cities along the north coast (can't remember names, sorry), I can't recruit any troops. No matter how I upgrade my MIC's, nothing. I have Type 1 gov't if that helps.

The devs already know this and it'll be fixed in a patch (i can't remember if it was 0.8.1 or 0.8.2).
As for the recruiting, you can recruit a very good unit in Asturia and Cantabria regions if you build to highest MIC level there. But you won't get anything with the lower levels.

One of our more annoying ongoing problems. It's been like this since v.74. We have a list of regionals marked for that area, but none are currently available. At some point we'll either have the units or we'll toss some placeholders in there.
