Can the Gothic Knight riders textures be changed??

Can anyone show me how to change the Gothic Knight's "riders" textures.

I want to change the armor that the current "riders" have to something else. Something like the Feudal Knights. I don't like the thing on the chest of the riders that look like "boobs".......

That wouldn't be changing "textures", that would be changing "models". Possible, but I think it'd change all sorts of other things, like what weapons they wielded.

Pardon me for saying, but if you don't like gothic armor, I'm not exactly sure why you'd be playing gothic knights in a historically accurate game.

Maybe it would help you to know that those "boobs", as you so eloquently called them, (assuming I know what you're referring to) are rondels that protect the otherwise exposed armpit area.
