    Default Anyone thought of a Tamriel: Total War Mod?

    If you've played or heard of Morrowind or Oblivion, then you should know what I'm talking about. I think it would be a good mod to make, and fun to play.

    It doesn't have much to do with talent. If you are a good artist, you can do modelling/skinning and stuff like that, if you are not stupid and are determined, you can learn to edit text files. Just find what you would think you would be best at and you can learn to contribute to the modding community.

    I can edit the text filed pretty well for the most part. Its just all the skinning and modelling I can't do, because of the fact that I lack the programs to do that stuff.

    That's what modding teams are for. No one is perfect at everything, and even if they were it goes faster to have multiple people working together.

    If you even have the slightest bit of determination, I would be happy to help. Im a fan of the whole Elder Scrolls thing.
    We could do Tamriel in whole. Nord is the North, Argorians in the marshes, Imperials in Imperial city, Elves, Orcs, ect. We would need a Vast amount of different unit models. We could possibly make Demons vs Humanoids

    Edit: We would include Minotaurs, Skeletons, Crocolist, Imps, A load of magical beings, lots of magic.
    Oblivion gates could be cities for demons, once captured a townhal could be established.

    Problem is that I haven't seen any organized armies in any of the elder scrolls games.

    But there are. The Imperial Legions have Nords, Orcs and Imperial Men. There is constantly war between Imperial Legions and Portal Minions. However, we never see actual mass armies, thought they constantly get mentioned.

    Well, instead of rebels, there could be the daedra.

    I think we could make a mod. I'd do what I can if I could get people to help.

    Question: Couldn't you use the current moddles from Morrowind using the Morrowind Builder thingy? The shapes could probably fit into the Medieval 2 game. As well with some minor modifications you could also create the slots neceasarry for the game as well.

    Hmm... now that I think about that disregard that first post. I would be willing to help though. I am new to modding and am having a little bit of trouble getting started but would love to help in anyway I can. Also where can you find 3Ds Max?
