How exactly does the Mason's Guild construction discount work? I wonder because in my current vanilla campaign as Byzantium, I have a Master Masons Guild in Constantinople but my buildings, both there and elsewhere, costs as much as before.

If your buildings cost the same as before, and you have hit the end turn button many times, which you must have, then congratulations Sadiq, your Mason's Guild is not working. Those apostate masons must face the HUDOOOD !!!

edit: Just kidding man. Yeah basically it's not working in that case, you outlined. In the link I provided is a detailed guide on all the guilds.
