Default Roman Empire at its greatest extent Gov. type.

I believe the roman government type is not so accurate because of the map(I refer only to map representation of the roman provinces). Specially north Europe.

The real map of the roman empire at his greatest extent in 117 AD :

This is a quick answer without much research, but if there's a difference, that's because of expansion that happened after the end-date of this mod.

The roman type2 provinces does not represent the extent of the roman empire at any stage. Originally it was planned to have the option for full romanisation type2 govs. available in more or less all provinces with urban culture or a sufficent population desity, except some fringe regions, but since this were too much compared to other factions we cut it back to what we have now and removed the east that is a bit to far away from the empires center.

    Ok
Thx for the answer . I thought it has to do with the expansion.
