When I was five I was playing 'doctor and nurse' with my nieces. I mean, what the hell does a five year old know about sex? Never mind sexual harrasment? You couldn't even explain it to him.

What's next? Arresting toddlers for indecent exposure if they drop their pants / diapers, like they're prone to do?

In an offhand way, this reminds me of the recent case of a 17-year-old who will now be a registered sex offender for the rest of his life (in addition to spending 10 years in prison) for receiving oral stimulation from a 15-year-old girl. I wouldn't argue that what the boy did was correct in any sense, but a decade in prison and a lifetime of shame? That seems like an outrageous abuse of justice. Second degree murderers get off easier.

I have a confession to make. I am a pedophile and sex offender. At the age of 17 years and one month I had sexual contact with my girlfriend of age 16 years and 8 months. For a reduced sentence I will give information on three of my conspirators who had contact with people 4 to 15 months younger than them.

---Second that definition of sexual harassment above is way too vague, wich makes it too ample. Many of those activities are common between boys and girls, more in the school, I wonder if this people had a childhood or adolescence at all.
----Third I believe that this line of thinking comes more from the idea of "once a rapist, always a rapist" than from a feminist point of view. I mean if you're a rapist your whole life then better err on the side of safety and label you from the first possible manifestation of criminal sexual behavior.
