Any CN'ers here at the .org?

If you do not anything about CN, then basically its a nation simulation game. You can create a nation anywhere in the world and decide how you will rule your people by choosing a government type, a national religion, ethnicity, tax rate, currency type etc. You also get to build specific buildings called "Improvements" which you can build every 1000 citizens, and these give your nation a bonus, enabling you to become stronger.

You can also decide whether to go down the path of military warmonger, economic powerhouse, or a bit of both. Ive mainly concentrated on my economy, as ive been lucky enough not to get attacked by any rogue nations of alliances.

The best bit of the game imo, is the alliances and politics side. You can create a brand new alliance and try to push it into the world stage on CN, or join one of the existing alliances. Most alliances are rather different from the other, so you just go for whoever fits your tastes.

I joined the Global Alliance and Treaty Organisation (GATO) after a few days of signing up. There basically the "good guys" of CN, and are generally hated by our arch enemies the New Pacific Order, and the other Order nations who are controlled by an all powerful Emperor, where GATO itself is a democracy.

Currently the second great war is looming in the CN world after months of a cold war situation. All the large alliances have been building up their military strength (Nukes, aircraft, tanks, soldiers, technology and more) and are embroiled in bickering, flaming, and general distaste for each other. The peaceful alliances NAAC, GOLD, GATO, LUE and CDS, have created a military defence league which means if any are attacked then we will use all our military force to protect each other.

Our enemies, otherwise known as "The Initiative", are rumoured to be attacking sometime this holiday, so all our nations are currently at DEFCON 1 incase any attack happens.

Its all getting rather exciting!

I recently (2 weeks ago) joined CN as blue.

Didn't realize there was a war brewing, although I'm a bit familiar with CN's history.
