First Post and Unpacker Prob

Hi all finally posted here been reading and playing TW games for a while though.

I thought id try and have a look at the files after the patch but when i double click on the unpack_all.bat file it doesn't unpack the files it just says it is unable to start because the file MSVCP71.dll is missing (it is actually there) i thought maybe id stuffed the install up so i re-downloaded and reinstall the patch and game. Its got me , all i want for xmas is the files
