    Default General mod question

I'm sorry if this is the wrong thread but...

Tomorrow morning, I'm thinking I will be getting MTW2. I hear that mods are pretty much necessarry to enjoy it. Is this true?

I've never modded before or anything even remotely close to it. I'm terrible with computers just in general

So my question is, do I need them, and if so how/what do I get?

Thanks for any help and patience in advance.

    Happy Holidays to everyone too.

Do you think the Golden Rule should apply to masochists as well?

92% of teens have moved onto rap. If you are part of the 8% that still listen to real music, copy and paste this into your signature. yes that's right i dont listen rap..

That depends on your taste. In my opinion the vanilla game can be fairly enjoyable, but I like to tinker with it nonetheless to suit it to my preference.

A lot of people do the same, but also release their mods to the public (which I don't do because I don't think there'd be too much interest in my personal style ). You can find most of them in the Mods in Development section.
To find something that you like, I'd first try the game as it comes out of the box and then try out some mods so that you're able to compare.
