There is the skinpack of all units from European Wars (Rome 1). There are historical units from early (Great Northern War and Spanish Succession War) to mid-18th century (Seven Years War).

What program do I need to do skinning and stuff to create new units?

For Skinning all you need is a program that can edit .tga files, mabye Photoshop...

For Modeling (creating the units to skin), you need 3DS Max but it costs $$$$...

GREAT LOOKING SKINS!!! But, as a modding noob, are these self extracting? or do i need to target each to a specific folder. If so, can i get a detailed step by step lesson on how to install these beauties? Thanks!

I Am working in few mods teams, so I don't have more time (for making .exe files with units; people have other versions (1.0, 1.3, 1.5 etc, and mods: RTR, EB. It will be very hardly when I will must making other text files for RTW versions...). I think that tutorial by florin80 is very good and simple.
Now I am modding director in EW.

These units are only for RTW. Maybe later I wll cnweted them for MTW2.

If I will have free time I will make reskin o\f Greek vanilla faction. :)
