    Default Non-sea-trading cities

So far I've noticed 3 cities that don't sea-trade. If I've noticed 3, there are probably more.

    cites are:
Camos... (Casse capital, as mentioned in another thread)
Pallantia (Middle one of three northern Iberian cities)
city immediately to east of starting Saba city, can't remember name, sorry.

Playing as Casse I have already run into the two you named, Camulosadae and Pallantia.

I also noticed that I can recruit no troops in Pallantia even after building a Gallua (Foreign Levy) and a Aulemos (Warband Dole). Hopefully I can muster some soldiers when my Small Armory & Training Field is done in 5 turns.

Yes, I noticed it also, it's called Sabata.
