    Default change a units stats/costs

    Ive been searching for a while for this answer but i still dont have it. in RTW i could access the stats of the units and change their att., def., and cost in the export_descr_unit.txt file. i cant find that file in MTW2, and i was wondering if i was missing something. plz help me out.
