Is it possible for casse to build ships?I am really worried.I have made my ports and I cant make any ships and in the building browser there are none port upgrades availables...Maybe the fault is that I didn t know about activating the Eb script since now.I will do it next time I load the game.Hope its not to late.I am still in 250bc.

Shipbuilding in Europa Barbarorum is limited to certain coastal areas. You can find these areas on this map. (The map was actually made for 0.72, so there may be a couple of changes in the current build.)

Do it quickly or pirates will keep your empire landlocked FOREVER.
Or atleast another 20 years.

You can also build military ports in the most southern-west settlement of mainland Britain.

As for Casse ships, do they ever get any better ships then those "big boats"?

They're not bad actually, but I'm getting frequently stomped by massive pirate fleets, so I was just wondering.

I had the same problem with massive 1000 to 1400 men Pirate fleets stomping my own ships ships. You just ahve to builld like 6 or seven of the large ships and then you can win against any pirate fleet unless its really trained. Works of course only on vh/m difficulty.

Once you smashed some pirates and have silver chebron ships you can disband all but three. Any new fleets arising will be no problem with these ships.

Its is of couse imporatant to retraind your ships if you had casualties.

I like the Casse alot. Very Challenging. I'm a veteran player but I got my butt kicked on my first campaign. I'm curious what difficultly level you guys are playing on. By the way, how finished is the Casse faction? They could really use a few more economic buildings.
