ALBM, they are talking about college/university level American football.

OU = Oklahoma Univeristy "Sooners" (aka Okies)
BSU = Boise State University (just played and beat OU in a major game that has a very wild finish...wish I'd have seen it)
A&M = Texas A&M University
UT = University of Texas
Big 12 = a conference of 12 universities* that compete against each other in various collegiate sports (*unlike the Big 10 conference which has 11 teams)
Rutgers, Kansas = other universities

I fully realize even knowing the above, this thread will still not make any sense to you, but at least you have a clue about what you're not understanding.
