    Default Unpacking and removing files?

Hi, I am going to delve further into modding my game and will obviously have to unpack the .pack files. I have done this before but to be honest wasn't happy with the state of things afterwards. So with Alpaca's guide on unpacking to a backup folder, will it be safe to delete a lot of the folders after unpacking so i am only left with the model.db file and needed texture and unit card folders or does anyone know if there is a specific .pack folder that contains these and the rest can be left alone? If this is the case then what would the command line be to extract only that pack?

    Cheers.

    Moved to modding questions.

Well you can delete everything in the data folder besides the data/animations, data/cursors, data/fmv, data/sounds and data/world folders. And the files you want to edit, of course.
