Italian Portugal
(This is just practice for King of the Romans, but if at least one person likes it, I will continue it)
It is the Summer of 1222, and Italian Portugal is at war. Our King is mad, we have but one heir and no navy. This will be our struggle, our triumph.
Our King, Affonso the Chivarlrous
Our King is mad, and I fear that he will be the downfall of Italian Portugal.
The King's Son, Prince Menedus, however, is our hope and salvation.

At this point in time, Italian Portugal consists of Florence, Genoa, Milan and Bologna.
Florence is the King's Palace, Citadel and Capital. It recruits and maintains the entire army.
Bologna Genoa and Milan are all Large Cities, and have been sacked multiple times in wars. Genoa is on the brink of rebellion and has been rioting for many years now.
Prince Menendus leads a huge army to sack, destroy and exterminate Milan. The King, in respite of his madness has ordered the Cities to prepare for sieges, and to upgrade the defences.
In time, Italian Portugal will rise...
