Ah yes. And the units aren't all that bad either. Boyar Sons, Druzhina, Kazaks, all later replaced by even better units. And the location is pretty good. Far from enimes at first and able to hold a ton of land. I hate it whenever I need to take out some rebels and it takes forever just to get there cause there's so much land... but eh. It's good for the men to get some exersise. I've got several that get a + to thier movement points.

Where I last left you, Prince Vladimir had conquered Helinski. Now, we have come to the scene of Ryazan, where Mikhail "the Wrathful" has sieged Ryazan. But now, I have news from the World.

    While at the same time,

Interesting, the Catholic forces clashing with the Muslim forces, while the Orthodox scoop up the remains.

"Damned rebel cowards! Execute them!" Mikhail the Wrathful barked. Ryazan fell with no fighting, and the rebels surrendered. The rebel soldiers were tooken to barren waste land of Russia, and were executed. This is why he is known as the Wrathful. His name strikes terror in his enemies eyes.

Mikhail left two units of mercenaries and marched toward the West, to Kiev, and Grand Prince Vladimir marched toward Riga.

Riga was a simple village, and the Grand Prince attacked immediately.

[I] The garrison was infantry only, which was good, as the Grand Prince ordered his archers on the flank, his plan was this:

The plan fails, the rebel infantry run toward the archers who pull behind safe infantry lines

The plan soon changes, as the infantry attack the peasent army, the archers rain fire from the sky, while two other archer units attack crossbows, opening a flank

Vladimir though, if the rebels were this hard, what challenge will the Poles be?
