Barbarian Invasion problem

I have RTW gold edition and RTW was patched to 1.5 out of the box. I went to put BI in. The menu popped up givimg me some options. The install option was grayed out. I could click the play button and nothing happen. What do I do?

Did RTW and Bi come in different cds? or are they both combined in one cd, like in the eras package. Either way, i suggest you uninstall BI if you can from add/remove programs in the control panel, and then reinstall it. Post if anything happens.
