Default Trying to stop Banner bobbing

    k,
I know how to turn off the banners altogether (.cfg file) but sometimes i'd like them On, but not to be so large, and please god not to do the damn bobbing- it drives me mad, so distracting.

ive tried editing the file descr_banners_new.xml
    specifically, the line <SelectedBanner Overbrighten="255" BouncingAmplitude="0.15" BoundingFrequency="6">

the text highlighted in red is the cuplrit i think, but no joy for me no matter what value i use....

    any help is much appreciated!

    Cheers,
    HDK

Try setting those two values to 0 and see what happens.
