    Default Missing Folders... I think

I don't have a folder called UI in my Data folder.

I've reinstalled too, it's still missing.

How the hell could this be possible?

    It's giving me these errors:

0:58:33.937 [data.missing] [warning] Cannot find the portrait path: data/ui/eastern_european/portraits/portraits/young/merchants/072.tga, using the default culture path if it exists
20:58:33.937 [data.missing] [warning] Cannot find the portrait path: data/ui/eastern_european/portraits/portraits/young/merchants/072.tga, using the default culture path if it exists
20:58:33.937 [data.missing] [warning] Cannot find the portrait path: data/ui/eastern_european/portraits/portraits/young/merchants/072.tga, using the default culture path if it exists
20:58:33.937 [data.missing] [warning] Cannot find the portrait path: data/ui/eastern_european/portraits/portraits/young/merchants/072.tga, using the default culture path if it exists
20:58:39.015 [system.rpt] [error] Medieval 2: Total War encountered an unspecified error and will now exit.

It also seems i'm missing the folder models_strat

    I'm confused :(

These folders will only be created if you

    1) Download and install the v1.1 patch
    2) Run the Unpack_all.bat file in the newly created "/tools/unpacker" folder

Be forwarned, Be sure you have the Hard drive space before you unpack!

v1.1 takes approx 7.54 Gbytes and has 692 files (before unpacking)

After you run the Unpack_all.bat v1.1 takes approx 14.1 GBytes and has 36,743 files.

Don't worry about it - it's referring to data inside the pack (if you don't mod, don't unpack!) and if the game runs perfectly you don't need to worry about it.

So do not unpack - you don't need to.

@gray, the folder do exist, but only inside the archive. It's not a tar file so it has folder structures.
