Log entry script error

Can anyone tell me what this means and how i might go about fixing it? It's not fatal to the game, but seeing as it is an error I'd like to get it fixed.

Building DB error - faction scotland has gap in building prior to army_barracks

It means that army_barracks has scotland as one of the required factions but the building immediately before that (which is upgraded into army_barracks) doesn't.
