Just a very quick note to say that I'm sorry for my absence from the boards but, basically, we've all been as sick-as-dogs in the house.

I'm hoping to return to work tomorrow and hence be well enough to spend time catching up on proceedings, answering messages and actually starting my RP!

Just to let you know, I have been taking a bit of minutes for all the proceedings, just because it takes so long to get through all the roleplayed characters if you want to reference something (only did it because the semester just started here at school, and I have nothing to do

) . I will try to post those a bit later tonight, so that they are going to be available for all to read.

There was a (Austrian) motion to marry her to Leopold; then someone realised they were brother and sister.

The Emperor's daughter is very important in that whoever she marries becomes a Duke (I'll randomly decide which House of (Franconia or Bavaria), unless she marries a Steward[1]). And it's entirely her father's decision.

[1]Edit: Thinking about it, if she marries a member of Dukeless House, he should become Duke of that House. Otherwise, it should be random.

Just a couple of questions:

When will the IC thread for character development appear?
What do we do when the Diet's over? Will there be no communication between the Housese while GH plays along? I already miss the deliberations and communication. Gotta send an envoy to those pesky Swabians to keep this interesting.

Discussion in the Diet should continue, just without Edicts. GH will be providing updates ("Chancellor's Reports"?) regularly on the actions. Those tended to provide good grounds for discussion in the WOTS and I expect they will here as well. When you refer to the IC character development thread, I assume you're talking about something like the Civil War Stories thread. I don't know when this will be put up, but most people don't even have avatars yet, so it'll be a while before it becomes widely useful.
