Aulus' Simple Guide on how to make a resonably good cold cure:
  1. Boil the kettle and pour the water into a cup till it is three quarters full.
  2. Fill the cup up to the highest it can go, without a two larger risk of spilling, with squeezed lemon juice.
  3. Add two tea spoons of honey and stir for thirty seconds.
  4. Allow it to cool till it is just right for drinking and then drink it.
Works every time. As for the headache:
  1. Go out and find the nearest willow tree.
  2. Cut off a peice of the bark and take it home.
  3. Wash the bark, cut it into little peices and then chew it.
Of course you could, more simply, just take a refined asprin rather than chewing on the crude sort of asprin found in a willow tree

Hope you feel better soon.
