CA blog about the next patch... Where is it?

I've seen people refer to a CA blog about the next patch several times, but I haven't been able to locate it. It doesn't appear to be on www.totalwarblog.com. Would someone be kind enough to post a link?

As a teaser for Update 2, we’re currently playing with some of the fixes and tweaks and have to say, you will absolutely love the more aggressive Scotland and Mongol campaign AI, more naval assaults, an even more consistent less powerful cavalry charge, less devastating gunpowder units and last but not least, stronger 2-handed axe men and billmen.

More aggressive Scotland and fixed 2h-bug sounds awesome to me (although I note the phrasing is simply 'more powerful', not 'bug fix'...), as does the cavalry change.
