I am not convinced that Beriut is guilty:
The way I see it is:
Kralizec might not be mafia, he was lynched because he was dutch...
If he is not mafia, he may have been discussing people he has investigated with another detective or some similar topic.

If Kralizec was mafia: He could have done a very clever frame-up, on one of the players to whom it was most likely to work (Beriut, when he was a director people were accusing him of being mafia).
OR
He could have been telling the truth e.g. Beriut was a mafia. Implying that we have almost wiped out one mafia family ( )

OR

Moros could have been framing Beriut and he got his chance when Kralizec posted something that he wanted to erase.
