Thread: Shorter time between turns.

    Default Shorter time between turns.

The Title describes my question. How can I change the time between turns? Its just too long watching every single piece move before I can start my next turn.

Right clicking makes most guys move faster.

I think you can also use an option that is on the Faction selection page for the Grand Campaign.

Do you think the Golden Rule should apply to masochists as well?

92% of teens have moved onto rap. If you are part of the 8% that still listen to real music, copy and paste this into your signature. yes that's right i dont listen rap..

Press the space bar to speed up AI moves, or go to options and turn off 'Show AI Moves'. You'll be surprised at how fast everything goes when the screen doesn't have to track any AI moves.

What sucks about turning off the AI moves though is that you won't be able to see when an enemy army approaches. The "Settlement Beseiged" notification might be all you get. If they had a notification for spotting an enemy unit or agent in your territory, I would be a very happy camper.

At the very least, they need to drop the loooooong mandatory animations like the beseige settlement sword attack (with delays) and the princess/diplomat/merchant offer animations. Those are really annoying.

Oh those ARE really annoying. I can't stand them especially when I'm trying to get to my turn quickly because of an emergency is happening. I nearly break my computer's mouse.

Especially when there are 3 diplomats standing around bruges bribing you each turn for 75 turns.

Amen to that. Especially the princesses, since they often seem to get stuck doing it every turn.

I had to wipe out Venice purely just to stop their endless failing bribery attempts.

Pressing space bar speeds up things, but not everything. Diplomats and inquisitors, at least, move in SloMo.
