those definately have a card, its in my game. maybe it was added with the 8.1 update though.

I have experienced a bit of randomness in the unit cards. Sometimes I can see unit cards in my army, yet the same type of unit in a rebel or enemy army looks like a peasant. And vice versa.

Yea, those medium infantry have peasant cards in my game too so it must be the .81 that fixes it. Another weird thing is I recruited Massaloi Hoplitai (I think they were called) and my game crashed and it crashed every time I fought Carthage when they had the units too. I had to auto calc it all the time. Then I fought Lusotannan armies with them and it worked fine. Now I can recruit them and it doesnt crash. I dunno, just kinda weird. Sorry if this was a wee bit off topic.

No. The Scortamareva UIs were already there in .80.

I think the reason they dont work in 0.80 build is that the mercenary unit doesnt have the mercenary_unit attribute. If I add that in EDU the pictures do work.

On a side note: is it Scortamareva like in the text files, or Scortamavera as its written in the ui_name_files?

Ah. Yes. True. You need the mercenary_unit atribute. It was a lapse of one of our integrators.

Scortamareva like it is displayed in game. The entry names were another integration lapse.

Is this also true for the the lucanian(sp ?) infantry, spear mercs in Italy, the other mercenary unit I can think of that has no UI and card picture ?

No, it looks like those just dont have their cards ready yet.
