I've seen various people say that if you're having trouble with economy, you should tear down buildings you don't want/need. Is this simply to get the small recoup destruction cost? Or is there some hidden maintenance cost that drains the local economy? I was under the assumption that once you put in the initial cost and time to build it, a building was gravy unless you have to repair.
