    If you're willing to get old-school, there's always Sid Meier's Colonization. I loved this game back in the day.

    If you've got it ,there's a great revolution mod for "Take command ,second manassas " going around .
    Been a while since I've had the game installed ,so the mod's probably even better by now .

    American Conquest. Has 2 American rebellion campagins. One from the British perspective and one from the American.

    I personally would suggest AoE III the Warcheifs.

    It's probably not the best in the world, but Act I of the Warcheifs features the Battle of Bunker Hill and several other historical battles. Sadly you need AoE III to play it which is much more of a fantasy adventure story. The good thing is, however, that although it may be fantastical, it is very, very fun.
