i have checked and the file is non existent in eb ,,, so i through the file in from rtw and it didnt work any ideas,,,before i take a hammer to my pc

Is this a problem the very first time you loaded EB up? If so, it could be a bad download or possibly a problem with your build before EB was installed. It's not a common problem though that we have seen.
