In a preview of M2TW last year there was a mention of weather affecting terrain, (i.e heavy rain making the ground muddy). Is this feature in or was it left out?

I am pretty sure that it was left out since i have played plenty of battles in the rain and there seems no significant difference in unit speeds compared to normal battle. The only difference is lower visibility and weaker archers in rain or fog.

The only other difference that I have seen not mentioned above is that the units get muddy or travel worn.
