Help me choose please

Hello all, I currently arrived at work and found out that I have nothing to do for the next couple of hours, so I am bored and decided to use the forum to amuse me.

I´ve had MT2W for some time now, but only played a few custom battles to check out the units and began a few campaigns which I always abandoned after a 20 or so turns, due to not having much fun. Anyways, I now have a strange plan, I wish to play through the game with every faction, but I am having a hard time choosing a faction. I remember playing Zeus and beating every scenario, same happened with Pharaoh and it was great fun....I seem to be getting off...anyway, could you please recommend some factions and tell me why it would be a fun game. Describe the pros, like great units, interesting possibilities, roleplay factor. All opinions welcomed, but please don´t just respond with "HRE, good game", I´d like a bit more to read at work

I'm playing Turkey at the moment - it's quite amusing, as I seem to have the entire Catholic world up in arms against me, crusades coming at me all the time &c. Also, with invading Mongols and later Timurids threatening the heartlands, there's enough to provide a bit more interest at a later stage in the game, when player factions are usually unstoppable juggernauts. Oh, and janissaries.
