    2HP added to all units?! Thats a pretty big change. What effect does that have on gameplay?

    not only 2hp but more change in stats,in mount effect,kill rate,heat,stat ground ,morale and small change in other stats for some units. Effect-hm you see in version 0.3 in this week :) This is big change in fighting .
