Montezuma's Revenge?
In an interesting reversal of history my spy in Cholula has had the plague for 2 years while all around him the Aztec inhabitants appear to be completely healthy.
I've now sent him to Tenochtitlan, still feeling poorly, but the locals seem to have been innoculated too.
Correction: Meanwhile back in Cholula the Aztecs are dropping like flies

Nothing like a bit of smallpox to even the odds a bit! I was hoping to manage the same trick next voyage
