    I havent seen any here.It could be useful for many people.

    Do it as the TWC tut says. That will work. Make sure you dont put it on a resource or overlap the coasts.

    Oh that tutorial is just a waste of time.I was trying it 3 times and never worked.

    only 3? You've got to be patient. Took me a full day to get a new location up and running, purely 'cause I kept placing it in a bad part of the map, took ages to finally get it in the right place. The tutorial is definitely the one to use.
