Ok, I just had an idea. What about instead of larger unit sizes, or maybe even with unit sizes in the game as well, one can set a "cap" or a limit on how many different units are allowed in one army? So a person with a mediocre computer can set the cap to fifteen units per army, or maybe even ten. This would go both ways, allowing people to make armies with thirty units, etc.

For multiplayer you could agree on the unit cap before hand, something the host would determine. It would probably help those with mediocre computers who like to play on the 'net as well.

So what do you guys think? It would allow for larger armies for those with the computers who can handle it, and less for those who can't. It would also let you have huge armies with a maximum amount of control over said army. Instead of having a huge unit of cavalry that would be hard to manuever, you could have 2 units of roughly half that size, which would be much easier to manuever.

Any thoughts?
