How to build Cossack musketeers?

I have gunpowder and huge walls and have already been given 4 units of them for a quest but can't build them?

That's strange, huge walls alone worked for me. Maybe it's different between vanilla and 1.1?

No, if the huge walls says you can recruit them there then you should be able to. Check and see if they aren't 'out of stock' or something.
