mod request: better AI armies

Are there any mods out there that have the AI making armies that can actually oppose my own armies in battle, without losing every time?

I just got bored of my english campaign because the enemy armies always had lots of militia in them and I never lost a land battle. I always let the AI build my buildings, and have it set on balanced build policy, so it seems the AI should be able to get the more advanced units at the same rate as me, but it always attacks with armies that have town militia of all things!

I want a mod that will make the battles a challenge because the AI fields armies as good as my own.

Oh yeah, to clarify, I am using Lusted's LTC 2.0 EDU, and my own EDB that gets rid of siege weapons (AI used full stacks of them too much) and makes less militia available in recruitment pools, and they take longer to fill up as well.
