    it just doesnt mess up the time frame. if you think about it, it also un-balances build times and population growth rates.
    basically youll be overpopulated before you even reach halfway the game AND your build times will be faster, therefore you will most likely have ALL the buildings before the halfway point.

    Has anyone figured out a way to mod the build times? I'm no good at modding myself but I would think that could be done.
