    Red Orchestra is the best WW2 shooter ever made by far. Somehow I doubt the new Medal of Honor will outshine it. Any other WW2 shooters coming out.. i know Call of Duty went modern.

    AGEOD's American Civil War.

    I enjoy the strategic AI. I'm not confident enough or committed enough to start a PBEM, but I hope to soon. The AI is still giving me problems, and I'm progressing with the learning curve with regards to terrain, leadership, supply and other modifiers.

    It's not an easy game as far as the strategy goes, but t there isn't much micromanaging to do, so most of your thinking is at the strategic level.

    Quite enjoyable, and the developers are very active, patches and AI tweaks occur quite regularly.

    Played some WoW last night, but Didn't even gain 1 exp since I'm level 40 I can't grind worth crap, one of the reasons I want to quit but my friend wont let me lol...

    Also been playing a bit of Earth 2160, its kinda fun game.

    I ordered an older game called "Act of War": Direct Action plus its expansion for 25 bucks that looks like CnC:Generals, but the expansion includes naval combat, and one of the greatest things to ever be placed into an RTS... the lethality modifier, which can make battles last longer. It has good reviews and the peeps at another forum I frequent said it rocks so I said, why not and ordered it.

    Prey and Arx Fatalis.

    Prey: servicable shooter with very good graphics and cool weapons. Not being able to die was a mistake, makes the game way too easy. Spirit walking is fun, and having a pet hawk is fun.

    Arx Fatalis: OLD SCHOOL RPG BABY. Tough as nails, very moody. Great stuff.

    just got off RO and played as maching-gunner (allies) on Danzig. i went to a great position (think of shooting down a lane at a pretty elevated level), its where the Axis route to get to the Command Centre. (pretty much the only one) and I slaughtered so many of them with my DP28. so much fun..

    I've started Final Fantasy VI on my gameboy micro. While I've played other FFs more than once, this is the first time I've tried VI. Its reputation preceededs it - as do some fat spoilers I didn't want. Oh well, so far so excellent.

    I played some Ratchet and Clank last week, seems like a decent game, though 3D platformers will probably never be as good as their 2D equivalents.

    Well, since the 1.02 patch I'm totally into M2:TW again.

    Continued my French short campaign yesterday, right after work. Just a couple of turns before I go out sporting...

    10.00 pm: still playing, no working out, feeling a bit hungry, my wife watching television, a bit grumbling and a tiny bit upset

    I'm getting some new games soon. I've had Civ IV, BF2 and M2TW/RTW as my only games for a long time now.

    I'm looking out for:

    Ghost Recon: Advanced Warfigher 2
    Medal of Honour Airborne

    which are both coming out in July. Already released I'm considering:

    Company of Heroes
    Call of Duty 2
    C&C Tiberium Wars

    Just got Super Mario Strikers, it's simply fantastic. Gorgeous graphics, easily the best looking Wii-game, and the gameplay is simple but oh so very fun and addictive.

    Picked up Dragon Quest VIII again, and spent some time sorting my party out with better gear and a few more levels. I'll start forging on through the plot again next session.

    FFVI remains fun, and my Byzantine campaign in vanilla M2TW is presently interesting in the most Chinese of senses, i.e. doom and death are but a step away unless the vastly outnumbered armies of frogdom continue to perform near-miracles. :sigh: So many full stacks to kill, so little time.
