I spent the afternoon playing the Tropico 3 demo. Great fun, completely cheesy and a nice city builder to boot.

So much fun that I decided to buy the game, in fact. It's listed as available now on Impulse and there's that 20% off code; perfection I thought. I pop the game in my basket and head for the checkout only to be told that I can't buy it because I'm in the wrong location. Why bother to list the game for me in the first place then?! Why not do as everywhere else does, and say it's not out yet?
