Congratulations as well to our very own AM Left Eye Nine who was in the top ranks for the Tech Help Award.

Thanks to all the tech-heads who take the time to explain, "Yes, you do have to plug the computer into the wall for it to work," and "no, the CD reader is not a cup holder."
