Cant find some flags in data folder! help - skining

Does somebody know in which folder they are?Because i want to reskin them.

Flags are
1) Colour reference from the descr_sm_factions.txt file + symbol from data\banners\symbolsn.tga where n is taken from the symbol number in descr_sm_factions (4 per n starting 0 ie symbols1.tga contains symbols 0,1,2,3)

2) comes from data\models_strat\textures files banner_symbol_factionname.tga.dds

Not sure what controls the three triangular bits of the flag.
