The only secret units I know of are the Yubtseb elephants. Which are basically the Mumakil/Oliphaunts from L.O.t.R.
CA did put these units in the game however as a rebel tribe called the amazons can occasionally get them
I did a search of export_descr_unit, which is the list of game units, for the terms panzer, rocket and tank and it brought up no results.
Sadly, they don't just emerge for the Amazons. They also emerge in some regions when a "Gladiator Uprising" rebellion occurs. That often makes the city beyond impossible to capture with regular units. You need elites to get past them and even that is a huge challenge. Ah well, challenges are fun!

I think Rocket elephants are hidden in the depths of M2TW rather than RTW. Try looking in the other forums
